We are not costly like other companies who charge by the hour. We have many years of experience of repairing all brands of laptops including (but not limited to) Advent, Acer, Apple, Asus, Dell, Emachines, HP, Packard Bell, Samsung & Sony. We can also repair any brand of desktop PC. Remember, all of our repairs are fixed at a cost of just £39.95 for labour plus the cost of parts. 95% of all repairs are turned around within 2-3 days. Here's how our collection & delivery service works should you not be able to get it to us: Book a collection on Online Store. We will arrange the courier to collect & we will start the tracking process straight away to Once we receive your laptop we will provide you with a job number so should you have any queries or require an update at any stage we can quickly provide you with this. We will then diagnose your laptop and give you the price including parts. Remember labour is fixed at £39.95. If you wish to proceed we will go ahead and repair. If you dont wish to proceed we will send the laptop back to you. Should you not proceed a charge will be made for delivery/collection of £25 or we can dispose of your laptop and waive this fee. 99% of our repairs go ahead.
