Keyboards sometimes fail as the result of a liquid spillage (although if this is the case we recommend the laptop is profesionally cleaned by ourselves to prevent future failure) or it maybe that some of the keys have snapped off, or perhaps some keys have just stopped responding when pressed. Whichever scenario a replacement keyboard is required. We hold the vast majority of makes and models in stock, and should we not have it available we can usually obtain a replacement fairly quickly. Again this is covered by our fixed fee price of £39.95+parts.
